Anne Njuguna is a Counselor Psychologist, Professional Mediator, Mental Health Advocate, and Life Skills Trainer. She is also a Co-Author of the book "Cannabis and the Youth." With a background in Counseling Psychology, she holds a BA in Counseling Psychology, a Diploma in Counseling Psychology, and various certifications in Life Skills Training.
She has extensive experience working in both private and public sectors as a Mental Health expert, supporting various initiatives and programs. Her expertise in counseling and mediation has made significant impacts in community development and youth empowerment programs.
Anne is passionate about mental health advocacy and has been instrumental in developing programs that address mental health challenges in various communities. Her work focuses on creating awareness, providing counseling services, and training individuals and organizations on mental health first aid and psychological support.
